If you are a patient who received pathology services at one of our community hospitals and have a question about your bill please see below.
PATHOLOGY SERVICES
A pathologist examines tissue specimens generated during surgery. The pathologist then renders a report which is provided to your surgeon to make treatment decisions. Pathologists work behind the scenes to make sure you get the appropriate next step.
BILLING CONTACT INFORMATION
We utilize an outside billing company called APS. If you have any questions regarding that bill, please contact our billing company directly.
PATIENT PRIVACY POLICY & REPORTS
We cannot provide your pathology report through this website or via email. Your report contains sensitive health information.
In many instances, your report should be available through the Web Based Portal provided to you at hospital admission. The next best option is to contact your surgeon if you are seeking a report.
Finally, each of the hospitals we work with has a separate policy for providing a copy of your medical records, so you can always contact the medical records department at your local hospital where you received care.
